Zigsby's Kitchen Return Policy

 

Three week (15 business day) Returns

If you're not happy, we're not happy! We are so confident in our products that we offer a "no questions asked" three week return policy. That's why we have a three week "no questions asked" return or exchange policy. The three week period begins from the date on the front side of your invoice that was included with your shipment.

 

If the product arrives and you are displeased with any aspect of our products or services, return them for a refund or exchange them for other products. If a product is damaged in shipping or appears to have a manufacturers defect we do request a photograph confirmation prior to return to warrant the need of returning the original product. Additionally we require that Zigsby's Kitchen must be notified of any damages to the product within 24 hours of receiving the product. The products cannot be previously installed or damaged by the final customer. We welcome the following:


  • Return and exchange for another item or size
  • Return and exchange due to manufacturer defect
  • Return for a refund

 

All returns are subject to a 7% restocking fee. Please note that receiving a return without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) will incur a 25% restocking charge. Refunds on all returns will be for the purchase price of the item only. Shipping charges will be applied.
